One (1) complimentary hour is dedicated to email/phone support and remote desktop assistance to guide you through any computer issues you may have.
No need to panic when you get that unexpected computer problem. The Basic PC Care Service Plan includes one (1) service hour to use any time during the year when your PC is working less than perfect.
